Due to the full-time nature of Shell Energy and Chemicals Park Rotterdam, 2 identical family days took place on 2 consecutive weekends. You could learn about technology, watch videos from all departments and there were exciting demos from the fire department and drone inspections. Of course there was a hydrogen car and you could take a bus for a fascinating tour of the immense grounds. Did you know that if you lay all the pipes of Shell Pernis back to back.... you go around the world 4(!) times?
