The entire Kop van Zuid was for several days for SPIE. 300 Board members, managers and 500 stakeholders were in Rotterdam for 3 days to catch up with each other and to make and strengthen connections. EventZ was responsible for the entire program; From the kick-off party on Europe's most beautiful event ship The Blue Rhapsody to the meeting in Theater LantarenVenster and the innovation fair in the Cruise Terminal. The entirely rented Hotel New York for lunch and several dinners and parties. The SPIE management afterwards called our approach a perfectly executed organization.
