Around noon the jubilarians and pensionados arrive with their families, After a lunch, they are honored 1 by 1 by the management and their immediate superiors. After this colorful ceremony, the factories and offices empty to congratulate the jubilee colleagues and meet while enjoying delicious buffets and appropriate entertainment. It is a special tradition that everyone eagerly awaits.
