Here's how to thank your staff: with a living Christmas card!

A living Christmas card of a winter wonderland that employees drive or walk through. Willy Wonka hands out chocolate and soft flakes descend in a life-size snow globe. René Huijbregts, director of event agency EventZ, envisions it all. With the Drive'n December, companies can thank their staff for their efforts. What we do at EventZ is to connect people, reward, congratulate and thank them. That can also be done remotely.‍

Christmas Carousel

For example, EventZ launched the Compliments Carousel: employees scan a qr code printed on a card or poster and are presented with a zipline of thank-you videos, one of which will play. "Short videos in which employees are thanked by, for example, management or by bn'ers like Tom Coronel or Kjeld Nuis." For the December month, Huijbregts is introducing the Christmas Carousel for variation: a Christmas package of ten gifts with qr codes. "Every day they get to make up a gift and play feel-good movie," he says.

The Drive'n December is for companies that really want to go all out. To bring the whole experience to the company requires a sizable budget. "Companies can also purchase a portion. For example, to give people a Christmas gift after walking through the snow globe."
